The Thai-style massage is also called Thai yoga massage, which involves techniques of thorough stretching and deep massage. Our therapist will use his/her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches during the treatment. Many people describe Thai massage as “doing yoga without any work”.
Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during this treatment. It is more energizing and vigorous than more classic forms of massage, but your body will feel surprisingly relaxed afterwards. This massage style significantly improves circulation, range of motion and flexibility.
